1）Participants who select “Farewell Party: Not Attending” at the time of registration will receive a JPY 10,000 discount on the registration fee.
2）Changes to Farewell Party attendance (from Not Attending to Attending) will be accepted until Friday, August 14, 2026, 15:00 (JST) even after registration is completed. In such cases, the Farewell Party fee of JPY 10,000 plus a handling fee of JPY 2,000 will be charged. For changes from Attending to Not Attending, please refer to the Cancellation Policy.
3）“Accompanying Person” is limited to spouses or family members. Up to two purchases are allowed per registration.
4）Please note that registration and attendance by minors are not permitted.
5）All prices include 10% consumption tax and are charged in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Note: Items Not Included in the Registration Fee
The participation fee for the Retail Study Tours scheduled on October 10 is not included in the registration fee. Those wishing to participate are required to register separately. Please note that this tour is intended for international participants and their accompanying persons only.
1）Please access the registration site via the “Registration” button below, create an account,
and enter the required information. A registration confirmation email will be sent to your registered
email address.
※For sponsors, the Sponsor Code is required during the registration process, so please have it ready in advance. Please note that invoices and receipts will not be issued to sponsors.
2）Please access the payment link provided in the registration confirmation email (with the invoice attached) and complete the payment by credit card.
3）Your registration will be considered complete once you receive the payment confirmation email (with the receipt attached).
An email with information regarding On-site check-in will be sent to you before the convention.
You may register up to three participants per registration, including yourself. Any combination of “Early-bird Registration” and “Accompanying Person” is allowed; however, registration for “Accompanying Person” only is not permitted.
“Sponsors” registrations cannot be combined with “Early-bird Registration” or “Accompanying Person”. However, multiple “Sponsors” registrations may be submitted together.
Payment is accepted by credit card only. If you are unable to make a payment by
credit card, please contact the APRCE2026 Registration Desk.
The payment deadline is within 10 days from the date of registration. For Early-bird Registration completed
by Tuesday,
June 30, 15:00 (JST),
the payment deadline is Friday, July 10, 15:00 (JST). For Regular Registration
completed by Monday, August 31, 15:00 (JST), the payment deadline is Thursday, September 10, 15:00
(JST).
Please note that if payment is not received by the above
deadlines, Early-bird Registration
will be converted to Regular
Registration, and Regular Registration will be canceled.
For group registrations of 50 participants or more (excluding accompanying persons), 5 complimentary registrations will be provided when the total number of registrations reaches 50. (i.e., a total of 50 registrations). In addition, 1 extra complimentary registration will be granted for every additional 10 participants thereafter. Prospective participants residing in FAPRA member countries or regions who require a visa are requested to complete your registration and payment through this website.
Afterward, we kindly ask that you contact your local FAPRA Member Association and provide your name, Organization, ID (registration number), email address, and indicate that you require visa assistance. The Registration Desk will begin preparations for visa documentation only after receiving the list from the FAPRA Member Association and confirming that both registration and payment have been completed.
If you are not a member of FAPRA Member Associations and require a visa, we kindly ask that you make your own visa arrangements.

1.The Japan Retailers Association reserves the right to change the date of the event or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, disease, the spread of infectious diseases, delays or strikes affecting transportation systems, war, civil unrest, terrorism, or other force majeure events. In such cases, registration fees will not be refunded.
2.The Japan Retailers Association shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred by registered participants as a result of such circumstances.
Refunds will be processed only if the Registration Desk receives notification of cancellation by email no later than Friday, July 31, 2026, 15:00 (JST).

For those who will obtain a visa based on the documents issued by the organizer:
Once visa documents have been issued, no substitutions or refunds will be allowed, even if cancellation is made by July 31, 2026, 15:00 (JST).
No refunds will be issued for any cancellations (including Registration Fees and the Farewell Party) made after Friday, July 31, 2026, 15:00 (JST), regardless of the reason.
By participating in the event, participants are deemed to have agreed to the following:
(a)Official photographers and videographers may take photographs and record video throughout the convention. Such materials may be used in the official website, publications, and other promotional materials of the 22nd Asia-Pacific Retailers Convention & Exhibition.
(b)In light of the widespread use of mobile devices capable of taking photographs and videos, participants may also capture images or recordings during the convention. The 22nd Asia-Pacific Retailers Convention & Exhibition shall not be held responsible for any photographs, videos, or recordings taken by participants.
All personal information obtained through this registration process will be used for the operation and management of the 22nd Asia-Pacific Retailers Convention and Exhibition, organized by the Japan Retailers Association. Please note that certain personal information, including organization, position, name, email address, country/region of residence, and other profile information, may be shared with sponsors of the convention and may be used by those sponsors to provide information regarding their products, services, or business activities.
