- Participants wishing to reserve hotel accommodation are required to submit the completed application form online. Upon booking, a deposit equivalent to the total accommodation fee per room will be required.

Shuttle Bus
Shuttle buses for international participants will run between major hotels and the venues during APRCE TOKYO 2026.
The current planned shuttle bus operation schedule is as follows. Shuttle buses are mainly scheduled to operate between hotels in the Shinagawa area and the Tokyo International Forum. As hotels in the Yurakucho area are within walking distance of the Tokyo International Forum, shuttle bus services are not planned for these hotels, except on the morning of October 8.
The detailed shuttle bus schedule, including departure times, will be announced in September 2026.
Note:Participants planning to stay at Prince Hotels in the Shinagawa area are advised to make their reservations early, as the reservation deadline for these hotels is set approximately three months before the convention.
